- If you feel your child needs to be seen, go to the nearest emergency room

If you your child has an urgent issue that cannot wait until business hours and you need to speak with the Doctor on call, please call our main number 858-481-1151 and press 1 or call 619-223-2243 which will also connect you to our answering service.
To cover the costs of this service, a $40 minimum charge per call will be applied to your account. This charge will not be billed to your insurance. The majority of insurance companies do not cover this service because of the free triage lines they offer their insured.
