Appointments
We offer same day appointments for sick or injured patients. In order to provide adequate time for each visit we limit the number of well child appointments scheduled each day. Please call 4-8 weeks in advance to schedule a well child visit.
Insurance and Billing
We take all major PPO insurance plans, Tri Care Prime and Tri Care Standard. Please contact your insurance if you are unsure if we are a contracted provider on your plan.
Payment Options
Co-payments and co-insurances are expected at the time of service. We accept Visa, Mastercard, debit, checks and cash. We offer flexible payment schedules for those with no insurance under special circumstances. There is a $75 charge for cancelled or no show consults and well child visits without 24 hour notice.
